Merck supports the Vietnam market in the fields of Pharmaceuticals and Chemicals since 1995. Two Representative Offices (HCMC and HN) enable Merck to participate in the Vietnam pharmaceutical market.In the Chemicals field, Merck is the leading supplier in Vietnam of laboratory chemicals.
In January 2010, the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City granted the business license to establish Merck Company Vietnam. This license is allowing Merck to set-up a fully fledged company in Vietnam for operating the Chemicals business and to enhance the service level to the market.
