Merck started to support the Vietnam market in 1995 by establishing Representative Offices in Ho Chi Minh City and in Hanoi. In 2010, Merck Group founded a local company of Merck in Vietnam in order to improve further its services to the customers in the country. For over 15 years Merck Vietnam is proud of its contribution to the Vietnam market, our customers, our shareholders, our employees, and the society we are working in.
Exceeding our customers’ expectations is the way Merck is pursuing entrepreneurial successes. We want to achieve entrepreneurial successes by providing customers a broad range of products with high quality and professional comprehensive services in both business segments, Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals, by obtaining trust of our investors through excellent sustainable business results, by closest cooperation with our suppliers and by creating an ideal working environment for our employees.
